Australia and New Zealand name Oceania long lists

       Emma Bishop & CP Issey Miyake are listed for Australia

 

Equestrian Australia and ESNZ have confirmed their long list of riders/horses to compete at the 2017 Oceania Team Championships taking place at the Melbourne International Three Day Event from 8-12 June.

Senior combinations must be qualified to compete at CCI3* or above and young rider combinations at CCI2* or above. 

A team of four riders plus two reserves from each age category will be selected for the event and the following combinations have been named on the Australian long list:

Young Riders:

This weekend’s Equestriad and National Eventing Championships at Camden will be the final opportunity for riders to secure a spot on the 2017 Oceania Championships team and EA will announce the final teams next month.

The New Zealand long listed combinations will head to a training camp next week at Tielcey Park in Palmerston North while the Eventing Central Districts horse trial at Pukemarama 29-30 April will be the last chance for the combinations to impress the selectors before they name the two teams of four and the two non-travelling reserves before the NRM National Three Day Event.
