The FEI has confirmed the list of definite starters for the eventing at the 2026 FEI World Championships (10th - 23rd August 2026).
89 combinations are listed from 27 countries with a maximum of five horse and rider combinations per nation.
Unlike the Olympic Games, World Championship eventing teams can include three or four athletes, with the best three scores to count during the competition. Nations with teams can also field one additional horse and rider competing as an individual, which will be determined closer to the time of competition. Countries not fielding teams can enter two combinations as individuals.
