Sandy Phillips was part of the Ground Jury for Eventing at the Test Event in Rio

Each year, the Australian International Three Day Event organisers work hard to ensure they invite the best equestrian judges and officials from across the globe and this year they welcome back to the panel of dressage judges, Sandy Phillips, an FEI 4* Dressage and eventing judge, Olympian, and coach who previously judged at the AUS3DE in 2009

Sandy has much experience, having ridden international dressage and eventing herself as well as riding as a member of the US Olympic dressage team and World Championships. She received British Citizenship in 1996 and represented Britain at the 1998 World Equestrian Games, the 1999 European Championships and the 2006 World Equestrian Games. More recently she judged at the Rio Eventing Test Event and is in line to judge at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games
