Wandin Park to host 2015 Australian Eventing Championships

Wandin Park

The very popular Victorian event at Wandin Park will celebrate its 35th anniversary by hosting the 2015 Australian Eventing Championships on the 21st and 22nd March 2015.

Wandin Park has plenty of experience in this area having run seven Australian Championships since 1990 with the last one held at the Yarra Valley property in 2010. With the hope that riders from all over Australia will come to compete for the title of Australia’s Eventing Champion, a range of improvements are being made for the 2015 event including new cross-country fences, judge’s boxes and much more

As well as the main CIC3* class, Wandin Park will be offer EA classes down to EA80 plus Unofficial Training 2 to Training 5 and the Young Event Horse class. All official classes, Training 2 and 3 classes will again ride over the Big Wandin course in cross-country which is a draw card for many of the lower level riders. One of the most famous challenges at the event is the Quarry complex - to see how the courses rode in 2014, view our Wandin Park 2014 Cross Country Videos here

Entries for the Australian Eventing Championships will open in February
