It will be a very busy two weeks for the team at Musketeer who have two events back to back at Burnham Market in Norfolk
Burnham Market International (1) in April was one of the first Covid casualties on the British Eventing and International eventing circuit, but Burnham Market (2) has kept its usual place on the calendar and will take place on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September. This event will see the usual lower level national classes taking place with riders competing from BE90 up to Open Intermediate
Just a few days later, the gates will open again for competitors at the additional Burnham Market International (3), which steps in as a replacement to the Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials. This event will run both the CCI4* short format 8/9-year-old-championship, a stand-alone CCI4*Short and the CCI4* long format normally hosted by Blenheim.
The Barefoot Retreats Burnham Market International will run from 17th - 20th September and it will be the first time that the venue has hosted a four-star long format event.
