“We're delighted to report excellent ground conditions over all three tracks with an almost perfect forecast for the week ahead, mostly dry with an occasional shower” say the organisers at Hartpury Equine

The stage is set for a long weekend of superb eventing at the NAF Five Star International Hartpury Horse Trials, taking place from 12th – 14th August and featuring CCI2*-L, CCI3*-L and CCI4*-S classes

The CCI4*-S class is packed with big names including Tokyo 2020 Team GB gold medallists Tom McEwen and Oliver Townend and three Australians - Sam Griffiths, Bill Levett and Sammi Birch – are among the star studded entries.

The Hartpury courses, designed by Eric Winter and built by Dominic Moore, are challenging and beautiful, each with two water complexes, and the CCI4*-S course has been designed to prepare horses for Blenheim (whose entries are now open – how great to have all these events back!)

The dressage for all classes is on Thursday 12th and Friday 13th with the CCI4*-S show jumping and cross country on Sunday and the long format classes doing cross country and Saturday and show jumping on Sunday

Stay tuned for our daily updates and full reports and don't forget to stay tuned to our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for video snippets and more during the weekend ...
