Those who have joined the BEDE Club will be enjoying free entries at Shelford (1) this week, a lovely small event with a cross country course that is designed to encourage lower level horses and riders. The course includes a water complex so the Monday classes are perfect for anyone who may have had a problem elsewhere on the weekend and need some schooling!
Talking of schooling, as well as running BE classes on the Sunday and Monday, there are also Unaffiliated classes on Tuesday 28th for Pre-Novice (100cm), Intro (90cm) and Pre-Intro (80cm) and BEDE will have the course open for schooling on Wednesday 29th May over all BE tracks. The cost for schooling is £25 per horse and will be open from 8.30am - 11.30am (no need to book, just turn up however this will be weather dependent so keep an eye on the BEDE Facebook page for updates). Luckily the course at Shelford Manor is run on light sandy soil so good ground is pretty much assured whatever the weather
The BE event is also part of the TriStar Eventing Series so points will count towards the TriStar Saracen Horse Feeds Grassroots Bursary
