The first eventing competition of the year is set to take place at the Albury Wodonga Equestrian Centre from 24th – 26th April 2026.
The Albury Wodonga Horse Trials CCN runs classes at national level from EvA65 to CCN2* and is popular with riders from both sides of the Victorian and NSW border. This year the EvA65 and 80 competitors are the first cab off the ranks, doing their dressage on Friday and will be joined by the rest of the competitors on Saturday and Sunday.
Both days are forecast to be lovely sunny autumn weather, so we’re set for a treat with cross country for the EvA65 and 80 competitors on Saturday and the rest of the field tackling cross country on Sunday.
Keep an eye out for two top lady riders in the Blacklocks Isuzu CCN2* this weekend with Samantha Cesnik taking her 5* horse Graftango out for a spin and Christine Bates with the very talented young Bloomfield Findon.
