Cyclone Alfred foils our plans to film at Sydney!
Sadly, we have to advise that, due to circumstances out of our control, An Eventful Life won’t be filming at the REC Equine Specialists Sydney Autumn Classic this weekend.
While all our equipment is on hand near Sydney, our videographer for the event is now based near Brisbane and was due to fly to Sydney last night, but Cyclone Alfred put a stop to that and has foiled all our attempts to get him there. As it is too late to change our marketing materials publicising that we are filming at Sydney, we know many of you will be looking to order a video
We’re so sorry not to be there but you wish you all a great ride and successful weekend (hopefully not too wet!). We’ll still be providing daily updates and a full report on the website next week but sadly no videos.
We will be filming at NSW events in coming weeks - Tamworth International (22nd & 23rd March) and Canberra International (5th & 6th April). Please check our 2025 Cross Country Video Calendar for all other fixtures and of course we’ll see you at Sydney Eventing at SIEC in September!
