Kate Beadel heads to Triequithon

Kate Beadel Cloud Triequithon

Past Australian Eventing Champion and now racehorse trainer, Kate Beadel knows a lot about the value of off the track thoroughbreds as top eventing horses.

Last year we met up with Kate and found out more about her ex-racehorse Cloud, a horse that has inspired her to aim to get back into top level eventing. At the recent Wandin Horse Trials we chatted to Kate at the end of her cross country round about Cloud's future as an eventer and the Racing Victoria Off the Track Triequithon that they will be competing in on Saturday 5th April

Apologies for the abrupt cut off at the end due to a little technical hitch but to finish what Kate was saying, the prizemoney on offer at Triequithon is fantastic - the 10 riders will be competing for a prize pool totalling $15,000, making the Racing Victoria Off the Track Triequithon one of the richest contests on the Australian eventing calendar.
