Bred and brought on through the levels to 3* by Australian Olympic silver medallist Megan Jones, the 9 year old gelding Kirby Park Invader is now for sale
"It's been a very tough decision to sell Kirby Park Invader (Freckles) but the time has come" says Megan
"He's flash on the flat and super to ride - really soft and light on your seat and weight aids. He is a machine on cross country and will jump anything you put in front of him; Freckles would be a total star for any rider and would show them how it's done"
His dam Zelans Leap is a Salmon Leap mare (Salmon Leap threw very good jumping horses with strong hock action) and his sire has produced 4* and Olympic horses
Kirby Park Nantamboo is also the sire of Kirby park Impress (2nd CCI4* Australian International 3DE 2017) and 2* eventing sensation mare Kirby Park Joy, who then went on to be an International Paralympic horse with Grace Bowman (4th at 2010 WEG Kentucky and Australian team member -London 2012 Olympics)
Suitable for any level of rider – he has even been used as a pool horse at the Interschool National Championships with a 12 year old rider competing in the Working Hunter class!
