Dirk Schrade and Kai Rüder are offering their 'silverware'
Two German eventing pros, Dirk Schrade and Kai Rüder, are organising an online auction, EventHorseAuction.online, to take place from January 11th - 13th 2019 during which top eventing horses will be auctioned.
"We want to be contemporary, take advantage of the possibilities of the Internet and bring our horses to customers in completely new ways. With our Internet platform we can proactively reach our customers from Germany and abroad” says Dirk.
"With EventHorseAuction.online we can offer our horses worldwide. But I really hope that riders from Germany take the chance to keep these horses in the country" adds Kai "It's not an arbitrarily chosen collection, but our ‘silverware’. We have been training these horses for at least one to two years - from the first jump on. Thus, we can offer a quality with which we would otherwise go even in the direction of the next championships"

The auction offers 11 promising eventers between the ages of 4 and 8, some of which are already established and successful in national and international eventing competitions.
Interested parties can now register as bidders and the horses can be assessed in advance "offline". All auction horses are available for trial by appointement from now until Saturday, January 12th, 2019 and there will be an official viewing day at Hof Radesforde north of Hamburg on January 5th, 2019
The auction starts on Friday, January 11th, 2019 at 8am and end on Sunday, January 13th, 2019 at 8pm with the highest bidder receiving the final surcharge. Unlike platforms such as Ebay, it does not make sense to bid at the last minute, as the auction time is automatically extended by another five minutes for each bid in the last five minutes.
