With Oasby (1) just behind us and the big guns having had a hit out, it’s time to get your entries in for the new addition to the calendar at Agria Oasby (2) Horse Trials in Lincolnshire.
For the first time grassroots competitors are the focus for the additional fixture at Oasby (2) on the Easter weekend of 18th &19th April, with a range of lower level classes and Pony Trials across the two days. Friday 18th will be a very “Good Friday’ with classes at BE80, BE90 and BE100 levels including BE90 Open and BE100 Open sections.
Saturday 19th offers the same with the addition of a BE100 Open U18, GO BE classes at 80, 90 and 100cm and a Pony Trial 100.
Being solely focussed on grassroots levels means “we can utilise parts of the site that grass roots do not usually access” says BEDE Events. “Built as an early season event for these levels, the course is very much aimed at early season horses and riders. The course will run in a clockwise direction and may include the valley”.
Competitors also have the chance to pick up points for the Agria 100 League and EcoVoltz League run throughout the season so get your entries in here
We’ll be filming all horses and riders on cross country and bringing you daily snippets plus the full wrap up after the event on our website. And of course, keep an eye on our social pages for updates throughout!
