While many eyes will be on this week’s big event at Defender Bramham, we will also be following the results from another event a little further south at Berkshire College of Agriculture (BCA) Horse Trials.

A past Bramham Under 25 Champion, Greta Mason, who took the title in 2022 on board Cooley For Sure, has three horses at BCA this weekend with the six-year-old Kilbunny Lady in the BE100 and the two seven-year-olds MJB Believe The Hype and GRC Perhaps in the Novice.

Sarah Bullimore also has two young horses here this weekend with the five-year-old Quadrivium (another big gelding for Sarah at 17hh!) and the much more petite five-year-old mare Cordelia, another of Sarah’s homebreds out of her 5* mare Lilly Corinne.

“All of Lilly’s offspring have a great work ethic, they love to do things and learn, are intelligent and need their brains occupied” Sarah told us recently and we’re looking forward to watching these young ones over the next few years!

Two days of competition at BCA start on Saturday 13th June with the Novice and BE100 sections (including Open and Open U18) followed by BE90, GO BE and two special BE100 sections on Sunday for owner riders, sponsored by the Event Horse Owners Association (EHOA).
