Cirencester Park (1) Horse Trials may have been abandoned in March, but it is all systems go for Cirencester Park (2) Horse Trials with an extra day of competition added from Friday 26th – Sunday 28th April 2024.

While all eyes will be on Kentucky this weekend, we’ll also be keeping an eye on the glorious parklands of the Cirencester Estate in Gloucestershire where Cirencester Park (2) will host British Eventing national classes from Novice to Advanced levels as well as Young Horse classes for 6- and 7-year olds, the first Novice Masters class of the year and a Pony Trial at Novice level, also part of the Project Pony Observation Trials.

There are plenty of big names who haven’t headed to Kentucky including Ros Canter on board Izilot DHI and Lordships Graffalo and Kitty King on Vendredi Biats and Cristal Fontain plus Australian and New Zealand entries.

Clarke Johnstone is following up his successful weekend at Burnham Market International with multiple entries here, Sammi Birch is having a hit out with her Badminton-bound Finduss PFB and Australia’s Andrew Barnett, newly arrived in the UK, will be competing in the Open Intermediate on Friday with his top horse, the 2023 Sydney International CCI4*-L winner, Go Tosca.

We’ll be filming all riders on cross country and bringing you a full wrap up next week!
