10 nations are set to compete in the eventing at the 20th Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 which takes place from 21st -23rd September 2026
While the majority of the competitions for Asia’s top multi-sport event will take place in Nagoya City, the capital of Aichi Prefecture, as well as the prefecture itself, the equestrian events of dressage, eventing and showjumping will utilise the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games venue (Baji Koen) at the JRA Equestrian Park in Setagaya, Tokyo.
Definite entries for the eventing competition, held at CCI2*-L level, have been finalised with China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Japan, Jordan, Republic of Korea, Pakistan, Qatar and Thailand taking part. The competitors include the current individual gold medallist from the 2025 FEI Asian Eventing Championships, Ashish Limaye, China’s multi-Olympian Alex Hua Tian and three riders from the Japanese bronze medal winning team at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
