The jog at The Fork, Tryon

Overnight leaders Phillip Dutton and Z

All 31 horses presented this chilly morning at the WEG 2018 CIC3* Test Event at Tryon were ultimately accepted. Only Phillip Dutton’s Fernhill Cubalawn (lying in 4th place overnight) and Rachel McDonough’s Irish Rhythm were not presented.

Two horses were sent to the holding box, Lynn Symansky’s RF Cool Play, and Ashley Kehoe’s Kiltealy Toss Up but both were accepted at their second jog. Karen O’Connor substituted for Marilyn Little and trotted up RF Scandalous as Marilyn still wears a
brace on her foot when she’s not riding since breaking a bone and tearing a ligament in a fall in November. The temperature this morning was hovering just below 40 degrees, but the sun is shining and it’s forecast to warm up quickly.

Show-jumping will be live streamed here starting at 11am US Eastern time (4pm GB).
