The four members of the Canadian dream team that took eventing gold at the 2023 Pan American Games in Santiago, Chile are listed on the 2024 Equestrian Canada National Team High Performance A & B Squads, announced on 20th December 2023.
Gold winning team members Colleen Loach riding FE Golden Eye, Karl Slezak riding Hot Bobo and UK-based Michael Winter riding El Mundo are listed on the A Squad while Lindsay Traisnel and Bacyrouge, individual silver medallists, are on the B squad.

The EC National Team Program (NTP) was created to provide a pathway that increases the number of Canadian athletes achieving international podium performances and consists of three levels – A, B and Development Squad.
