Thailand leads after cross country at FEI Asian Championships

The home side has maintained its lead at the FEI Asian Eventing Championships at the Thai Polo & Equestrian Club in Pattaya with a Thai rider holding the top spot after the cross country phase

However, while it was Thailand’s Korntawat Samran who led after the dressage, it is now Arinadtha Chavatanont riding Tzar Of Her Dreams who leads, having added nothing to their dressage score of 31.8.

Hong Kong’s Patrick Lam is still in second place (32), with Jockey Club Weronique having added just 0.8 time penalties on cross country and Korntawat Samran is now in third place (37.6) with 7.2 time penalties on cross country

Eight riders now go through to the final horse inspection and of show jumping with Thailand’s Preecha Khunjan having been eliminated on cross country

Thailand now have only three riders but lead the Team Competition on a score of 108.40 with Hong Kong on 154.9
