Equestrian Sport New Zealand has announced the five horses and riders selected to represent New Zealand at CHIO Aachen in Germany. Four will be chosen to form the New Zealand team closer to the date, with one to ride as an individual.

The CCIO4*-S eventing competition at the World Equestrian Festival, Aachen (27 June - 6 July 2025) takes place on Friday 4th July (dressage and showjumping) with cross country the final phase on Saturday 5th.
It is one of the most hotly contested competitions on the FEI calendar. and this year holds a particular attraction as the 2026 World Eventing Championships will be held at Aachen and gives the participating nations a good chance to prepare for next year.
