While the FEI Eventing World Rankings are updated on a rolling basis each month, the Zone Rankings are updated just once a year. So, big drum roll for the leaders of each of the geographical zones!
Not surprisingly, Harry Meade, Boyd Martin and Tim Price (who ended the year as World Number 1, 2 and 4) top their respective Zones while Belgium’s Lara De Liedekerke’s record busting year of wins puts her on top of South Western Europe.
Poland’s Mariusz Kleniuk leads the Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia zone and Brazilian Olympian Marcio Carvalho Jorge heads the South & Central America zone.
Pakistan’s Usman Khan, who was based for several years in Australia but now competing in Europe, tops the Africa and Middle East zone.
