Australian Coronial report into eventing deaths may hold some keys

Equestrian Australia will be implementing most of the 31 recommendations from the Coronial inquest into the deaths of Olivia Inglis and Caitlyn Fischer; could the ‘independent and transparent’ reports with a ‘forward-thinking, preventative focus’ help reduce  risk in eventing internationally?
