Bill Levett, the only Australian rider to compete today, is currently in 8th place while British and New Zealand riders take the top three spots.
Sadly, Tim Boland withdrew from the first horse inspection at Burghley today, but Aussies Paul Tapner, Megan Jones, Sam Griffiths, Bill Levett and Clayton Fredericks will be competing along with some of the best in the eventing world over the next few days.
