Ros and Allstar B in the dressage phase at Strzegom 2017
Cross country day is the big test for not just horse and rider but also for the whole team around that partnership
Sarah Charnley is the groom for British team member Ros Canter and, despite also having a full time job, she has been a key component of the Canter Eventing team for many years now. She has groomed for Ros at all the big events, including this year’s Badminton where Ros finished fifth, and has also been to Strzegom before when Ros was part of the British Nations Cup team in 2016
The 17h 12 year old Allstar B (aka Alby), owned by Caroline Moore and Ros, is currently lying 15th on a score of 38.60 heading into the cross country phase and Sarah will be part of the team waiting to swing into action when he finishes his cross country round today
