An Eventful Life is filming all competitors on cross country at
Shelford Manor (2) and Shelford (2) Unaffiliated
Shelford Manor in Nottinghamshire will host three days of competition this weekend
The British Eventing affiliated Shelford Manor (2) runs on Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th with classes from BE90 to Open Novice and will be followed by Shelford Unaffiliated (2) on the Bank Holiday Monday
5* riders Willa Newton and Imogen Murray will be contesting the Open Novice, as will the European Young Rider bronze medallist Alice Casburn and recent Novice Masters winner at Little Downham, Trudy Johnson
France’s Arthur Duffort and Toronto D’Aurois, who will be competing at Burghley, will also be having a gentle run around the inviting course at Shelford in preparation for the big one next week
Christopher Bartle will be very focussed on the top British riders at Burghley and Pratoni over the next few weeks but there is another Bartle to watch at Shelford as his daughter Poppy, a keen eventing rider, competes in the Open Novice U18
