The Camden Equine Centre Sydney Eventing Spring Classic is taking place on 7th & 8th September 2024, and we’ll be filming all horses and riders on cross country!
Held at the Sydney 2000 Olympic equestrian venue at Horsley Park, NSW, the Sydney Eventing Spring Classic hosts national level eventing competitions at CCN2*, 3* and 4* levels plus EvA classes from 65cm to 95cm.
The Novice classes at Shelford Manor (2) Horse Trials in August provided points for those riders eligible and registered for the hotly contested Arena Saddles Novice League, which this year culminates in the Final at Osberton International (2) in October.
Vicky Hind riding Blueford Galaxy holds the top spot on the Arena Saddles Novice League after Shelford, finishing in seventh place in the Novice Section C and adding an extra six points to maintain her lead on 25 points ahead of Amy Martin riding Peppershake Z, who took fifth place in the Novice Section C, now on 22 points.

Piggy March and Cooley Goodwood win CCI3*-L at Blair Castle International
Piggy March will have fond memories of the last ever eventing competition at Blair Castle International Horse Trials, as the winner and third place getter in the CCI3*-L and runner-up in the CCI4*-S.
Piggy replicated her first and third place in the CCI3* class in 2018 riding Cooley Monsoon and Castletown Clover but this year it was Cooley Goodwood and Filipo that took the honours. Read the full article here

Scotland’s leading rider, Wills and A Class Cooley started the competition in fifth place, were the fastest around Blair’s challenging cross country terrain on Saturday to move into the lead and, despite one rail down on the final soggy showjumping day, they remained on top of the leaderboard with a score of 50 penalties.
