Storm Straker on Nero 604 at Bishop Burton (1) Horse Trials 2025

Winner, winner! Watch Storm Straker jump double clear around the BE100 cross country course at Bishop Burton (1) Horse Trials in East Yorkshire on May 25th. 

It was a good day for North Yorkshire’s Storm, who also won the Six-Year-Old Young Horse class riding Abydos while Ireland’s Austin O’Connor won the Seven-Year-Old class riding Fernhill Castlefield Clark (watch their ride here )

Belsay International (2) Horse Trials 2025

The beautiful grounds of Belsay Hall and Castle in Northumberland have had a quick turnaround from Belsay (1) International, just two weeks ago, for this week's Belsay International Horse Trials (2), sponsored by Barbour (28 May-1 June). 

Top riders will be contesting the CCI3*-S, CCI2*-S, CCI2*-L and CCI1*, and Britain’s most exciting up-and-coming stars will fight it out in the Junior and Pony National Championships. There are also British Eventing national classes from Open Intermediate level to BE90.

Piggy March on Halo at Belsay International (1) Horse Trials 2025

Piggy March and Halo won the inaugural CCI4*-S at Belsay (1) International Horse Trials 2025 and now have their sights set on the European Championships at Blenheim later this year.

Andrew Barnett on Oscar Park Deluge at Equestriad at Camden CCI Horse Trials 2025

Andrew Barnett completed the CCI4*-S cross country course at Camden Bicentennial Park on 18th May with just 10 time penalties, taking the win on a score of 41.8 and giving Oscar Park Deluge his first CCI4* win. This follows on from their CCN4* win at Quirindi, giving Andrew a nice feeling of having another good horse coming up to replace his recently retired top horse, Go Tosca.

Equestriad at Camden CCI Eventing May 2025

One of the most popular events on the Australian eventing calendar, Equestriad at Camden attracts riders competing at at CCI4*-S, CCI3*-S and CCI2*-S levels plus national level classes, catering for all levels of experience. Read our Preview report here
