Yasmin Olsson-Payne on Canalatto Denfer at Larkhill Horse Trials 2025
Norway’s Yasmin Olsson-Payne took the top prize in the Intermediate Novice Section D at Larkhill Horse Trials (4th – 6th April 2025) while her husband, the in-form Hector Payne who won BE100 Section I, added a third placing to his tally.
Yas and Canalatto Denfer added nothing to their dressage score of 25.2 penalties and yet it was a bit of a case of deja vu as, separating the couple’s dominance, Daisy Berkeley took second place with Diese du Figuier for the second year running. Read our full wrap up from Larkhill Horse Trials here
Shane Rose and Easy Turn at Canberra International Horse Trials
Winner, winner! Shane Rose and Easy turn led from start to finish to win the CCI4*-S at Canberra International Horse Trials.
Shane was slightly surprised by the win at Canberra as he had taken a strategically steady run around cross country on the final day, adding 22.4 time penalties to finish on 49.50 but he was delighted that Tina is back on track, hopefully for the 2026 World Eventing Championships at Aachen.
